Do you treat male clients?

I only treat female clients.

Is it okay to have a big meal before or after the treatment?

Please do not have a heavy meal or drink alcohol prior to receiving treatment. Drink as much water and rest a far as practicable following your treatment and if you need to eat, have a light meal.

I don’t feel very well, should I still come?

If you feel poorly it is best to cancel your appointment. You should never have a massage treatment if you have a fever, diarrhoea or vomiting. Please send me a text or call me if you are unsure.

What happens if I arrive late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances?

Unfortunately late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.

How far out of Stratford upon Avon do you travel?

Mobile treatments are available for addresses in the CV37 area or within 8 miles of the town centre. Please contact me if you live further away as I may be able to accommodate additional travel time.

Can I purchase a gift voucher for a loved one?

Giving voucher are available, they are valid for one year from purchase and can be sent by post or hand delivered if you prefer.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your appointment please me know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

What payment methods to you take?

I take payment by cash and credit/debit card at the end of the treatment. Or you can pay in advance by bank transfer. I am not able to accept cheques.
